Message from the Manager
Thank you, everyone! Nearly 1000 people visited Gamble Mansion
during our Spring Open House making the event a great success.
There are so many folks viewing the house during these events
that one does not get the full tour. Our staff invites you to
visit during regular hours to get a more relaxed guided tour that
elaborates on the stories surrounding this magnificent structure.
Coming soon on April 25, from 10AM until 4PM our CSO is sponsoring
a FundRaiser with a juried and non-juried art exhibit. There will
be crafts, food and entertainment. For your excitement there will
be a silent auction with golfing, racing and sports memorabilia.
We look forward to seeing you here.

The Judah P. Benjamin Confederate Memorial at Gamble Plantation
Historic State Park serves as a memorial to a way of life and
an economic system that existed before the War between the States.
Gamble Mansion is the only surviving antebellum plantation house
in south Florida.
Please visit all of the parks in the Manatee River Basin area.
It’s an experience I’m sure you’ll enjoy.
