Welcome to Deleon Springs State Park. The azaleas are beginning
to pop up—but are not yet in full bloom. You can still see some
camellias--but they are fading quickly. Park visitors, as well
as park staff, have been spotting manatees in the spring run.
So far the most that has been spoted at one time is six.
The 603 acres of De Leon Springs State Park offer a variety of
activities. There is excellent swimming in the spring, which remains
at 72 degrees year round.
